Jeeta Terms & Conditions — Rules of Use

By accessing or using the jeeta platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between jeeta and the user.
These terms take effect as soon as you complete registration on the platform. jeeta reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. Users are advised to check this page regularly.
Account Creation & Security
Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account on the jeeta platform. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information may be cancelled at any time and any associated balance may be forfeited.
Each user may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be suspended. It is your sole responsibility to keep your password and login credentials confidential. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our customer support immediately.
Jeeta may request a national ID or other government-issued documents for identity verification. Withdrawals may be restricted until the verification process is complete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
All users of the jeeta platform must comply with applicable local laws. Fraudulent activity, use of automated software, hacking, or any attempt to compromise the system is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed and legal action may be taken.
Misconduct, threats, or harassment directed at other users is strictly prohibited. No content, logos, or brand assets from the platform may be used without prior permission. jeeta reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion.
Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the jeeta platform are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions through third-party accounts are prohibited, and jeeta reserves the right to reverse any such transactions.
Once a withdrawal request has been verified, funds will be sent within the specified timeframe. jeeta may temporarily place a hold on transactions in the event of a technical issue or suspicious activity. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to their own terms, as stated in the relevant offer details.
If you experience any issues with deposits or withdrawals, please contact our customer support immediately. jeeta reserves the right to confiscate funds obtained through fraudulent means and to pursue legal action.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
The jeeta platform is provided on an "as is" basis. jeeta is not liable for any loss resulting from technical errors, server outages, or internet connectivity issues. We make every effort to ensure uninterrupted service, but brief downtime may occur due to maintenance or other reasons.
All content on the jeeta platform — including logos, designs, text, software, and game content — is the intellectual property of jeeta. Copying, republishing, or using any of it for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited by law. Users may access the platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
Account Suspension, Closure & Governing Law
Jeeta may temporarily or permanently suspend or close a user's account in the following circumstances: breach of terms, fraudulent activity, providing false information, harassing other users, or engaging in illegal activity. If an account is closed, the user will be notified by email and a process will be followed to return any valid balance — except in cases of fraud, where this does not apply.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will first be referred to negotiation for resolution. If negotiation fails, the matter will be settled in a competent court of Bangladesh. Should any provision of these terms be deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Jeeta is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party services or links on the platform. Users are advised to read the terms and conditions of any third-party service before use.
